If you ask him if he wants to go outside, he’ll always say yes regardless of the need to potty. He usually has 4 potty times minimum: wakeup, lunchtime, dinnertime, and bedtime. He will stand by the door and stare at you, or make little grumble noises if he really needs to go out.

Double check the front fence gate is closed before opening the glass door.

Iggy is 50/50 on whether he’ll come inside on his own after prompting “Iggy come inside!”. Sometimes he needs to see you with a treat, and if he’s being very stubborn you can get a dental treat and tell him “do you want a HUNKY CHUNKY?” which he loves deeply. There is a ton cut up in both the mariposa and red checker-topped jars in the grey basket on the tall shelves, above the record player.

Where does the yard poop go?

Iggy will eat his own poop, so we pick it up after he goes. There are poop bags looped to the glass table outside and more in the door organizer at the bottom of the stairs. We let him wander the yard for around minimum 5-15 minutes depending on how fast he does his business and the weather status. All poop bags go into the tall brown plastic bin with the metal handle to the right of the door when standing on the stoop and you do not have to worry about emptying those anywhere!

He likes to eat grass occasionally which is totally fine. He sometimes throws it up in the yard and also, totally fine. He normally gets a few training treats throughout the day for good behavior, and extra special greenie/dental treat chunks 2-3x.
