Syd has the app to make appointments and while he usually goes to the Navy Yard location, they have a few DC area locations with great availability. They have our credit card on file and we'll let them know we're out of town.
We'd rather be safe than sorry, so if you need to bring him in, let us know!
At home first aid: We have dog first aid spray (blue bottle) or hotspot spray (white bottle) in the same cabinet as his toys, on the top shelf. He doesn't love sprays so you may need to hold his collar while you spray. He flinches and tries to run away but doesn't try anything like biting.
